System Support Analyst (Hybrid)

This role supports service operations for digital health software and data systems. Responsibilities include managing CAPA items, access management, and account secret rotations; maintaining validation documentation; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The analyst will also handle change requests, generate and analyze usage/change metrics, and provide operational support across workflows.

Proficiency in Jira and ServiceNow is required to track tasks, coordinate requests, and resolve service issues. The position calls for 1-3 years of IT experience, strong analytical skills, knowledge of audit/validation practices, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
