SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant - Freelance Remote
Start: ASAP
Freelance
Full or Part time
Duration: initially until end of Jan 2026 (+ extensions)
Remote (but must be willing to travel at project milestones - minimal)
Rate negotiable
Role:
Minimum 4-5 years of SAP HCM experience, with a strong focus on French Payroll.
Expertise in:
Organizational Management (OM)
Personnel Administration (PA)
French Payroll, including:
ALE posting
Legal reports implementation (DNS and others)
Experience in application maintenance, with familiarity in SLA/KPI metrics.
Solid understanding of project methodologies: BBP, implementation, testing, documentation, and go-live.
Fluent in English.
Strong soft skills:
Effective communication and user management
Self-management and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel.
Day-to-Day Activities
Capture and analyse client requirements.
Guide clients in expressing needs and aligning with SAP best practices.
Ensure use of standard SAP processes.
Support incident resolution for complex issues.
Write clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
Assist with change management.
Communicate effectively with key users and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Positive Time Management or other SAP HCM modules.
French language skills are a plus.
