Human Resources Business Partner - NY - Hybrid

Our client is a global fintech leader, and we seek to recruit key talent for their US team.

As an experienced HRBP, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and operations to acting as a trusted advisor to Managers. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset and a passion for employee growth.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, global tech environment and be able to work independently to drive HR initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters for our New York City office, advising managers and providing support to employees.
Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee records.
Oversee and develop the Office Manager role to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
Lead recruitment for key US-based positions and support remote go-to-market teams worldwide.
Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and contribute to global HR projects.

Requirements:

MUST: 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global, tech/SaaS environment.
MUST: Deep knowledge of US labor law with an understanding of global regulations.
MUST: A proactive, hands-on, and independent HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with daily operational tasks.
Someone who is collaborative, approachable, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.
