Role Description

This internship role for a Law Student at JURIST is a remote position. The Law Student intern will be responsible for assisting in the production and publication of legal news content, conducting thorough legal research, analyzing legal developments, and supporting the editorial team. Day-to-day tasks will include writing articles, summarizing court opinions, and working on special projects as assigned by the editorial team.

Qualifications

Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to understand and explain complex legal issues
Proficiency in online research and use of legal databases
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Enthusiasm for enhancing public access to legal information
Currently enrolled in a JD program or equivalent legal studies
