We currently have an exciting opening for a Fraud Review Analyst.

Role Summary
The Fraud Review Analyst's primary role is to manually review online transactions to determine their authenticity. They will interact with customers and customer service to provide a seamless and secure customer experience.
Responsibilities
Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that impact our clients and their customers
Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to identify and stop fraud rings
Interact with customer service and customers through various forms of communication and assist analysts with customer escalations
Focus on improving overall operational effectiveness by helping manage queue volumes
Collaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills
Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organization
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics driven organization
Willingness and flexibility to work according to business needs including a weekend day
(Desired) Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related field, HS diploma required
Experience working as part of a team
Travel

Hours: Sunday to Thursday 11:00am to 8:00pm. Must be available to work additional hours as need.
