Job Summary

We are seeking a Fraud Detection & Investigation Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities within ecosystem. This role involves integrating various investigative techniques, synthesizing data into actionable intelligence, and enhancing machine learning models to prevent fraud effectively. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify fraud patterns, contribute to AI initiatives, and produce detailed reports for stakeholder review.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and integrate intelligence from various sources to identify and report fraudulent activities.
Collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to enhance fraud detection capabilities through machine learning and AI.
Develop and refine investigative protocols and fraud detection strategies based on data analysis.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to share insights and combat fraud.
Conduct thorough investigations of complex cases, including e-commerce transactions, to enhance fraud prevention measures.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Industry Experience:

Experience in Fraud Operations, Investigations, or a related field within the e-commerce or digital services sector is required. Knowledge in commerce/transaction review, signal analysis, and anomaly detection is also essential.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in Fraud Detection, Cybersecurity, or a similar area, or a High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience is required.
