Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled mid-senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of a new portal in the healthcare domain for employers and brokers. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and team coordination across onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, and modern DevOps and API development practices, with a proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design, and development of the portal using Angular (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
Guide the team in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions on Azure, leveraging AKS, Key Vault, and other cloud-native services.
Ensure timely delivery of features and milestones while maintaining high code quality.
Collaborate with Platform Engineers to monitor and optimize application performance and reliability in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Work closely with Product Owners, Development Team, Designers, and QA Teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
Use Visual Studio Code, SQL Server Management Studio, and modern development environments.
Use Jira for issue tracking and sprint management.
Implement secure coding practices and manage secrets using Azure Key Vault.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards relevant to the portal.
