General Notes

We look for individuals who have experience in Time Series or who have manager a Forecast. These are key pieces of the puzzle.
Types of skills they need Python, R, SAS, SQL, Statistical Modeling, A/B testing, Hypothesis Testing.
Candidates must be comfortable presenting data to other people that are not their direct manager.
We are not looking for Developers, Data Engineers or Data Architects for our team. We do not ETL scripts, pipeline development or automation here and not looking for those skill sets at all.
Focused on modeling data for marketing campaigns
Big plus would be previous modeling experience - building models, NOT just deploying
Candidate with a formal Statistics Degree would be ideal - Masters or PhD in Statistics type of person
Need to have strong communication skills.
Python, SAS, R .

Responsibilities :

Runs an analytics marketing delivery team

Role, he needs to fill is on the Leads Team - customized files for marketing campaigns
Someone who understands goals/objectives of the marketing campaigns
Go into Database's and pull data elements to send files downstream
This team is the last step between data and customer
HIGH attention to detail in quality checks
Sr Data Scientist role open
Someone with a strong eye for detail, great communication, collaborate with a lot of teams, marketing background,
Mortgage recapture value stream - rocket, bread, chase, credit bureaus
Worked in a group pulling leads for marketing - list team, customer marketing, customer audience, etc.
STRONG SQL knowledge - doesn't mean SQL DBA - can access and pull data
They primarily use SAS - preferred to have this experience.
R or Python is great to have as well.
