Job Description:
Experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and good knowledge of Coupa and Ariba integrations with EBS.
Expert in formaliz-ing and optimizing end-to-end P2P processes, including sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and invoice and payment processing.
The consultant will play a key role in delivering quick-win process enhance-ments while designing sustainable improvements in integration, master data, configurations, and cus-tomizations such as invoice approval.
The consultant will be responsible for configuration updates, functional testing, and process documentation to support a streamlined and compliant P2P operating model for Canada operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Formalization Optimization Review current P2P processes across Oracle EBS, Coupa, and Ariba. Define, document, and formalize end-to-end P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
Help to identify and implement already identified quick wins to reduce inefficiencies and improve compliance.
System Enhancements Configuration Perform Oracle EBS (R12) configurations for P2P mod-ules. Adapt Configure Coupa and Ariba processes, catalogues, and approval chains.
Ensure seamless integration across platforms (ERPCoupaAriba).
Design and implement master data governance (vendors, items).
Testing Validation Develop and execute test scripts for enhancements and configurations. Conduct end-to-end process validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve system process defects.
Change Management Documentation
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users.
Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
Experience 5 years in Oracle EBS P2P implementations support Hands-on experience with Coupa and Ariba configuration and integration is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to deliver quick wins in complex P2P environments.
Skills Strong understanding of P2P processes (requisitioning, PO management, invoicing, payments).
Familiarity with Canadian tax and compliance requirements.
Master data governance expertise. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Oracle, or Coupa Ariba certifications.
Prior experience in Canada.
