As a member of the Axonify Quality Assurance team, the Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst contributes to the overall company strategy by validating that the application meets design specifications and requirements. As part of our development team, this role takes ownership of their work in the QA process, with a focus on both manual and automated testing, in addition to collaborating with developers to ensure our high-quality standards are met.
The things you'll do:
Create and maintain automated test cases, including our CI nightly automation suites
Contribute to the evolution of the automation framework and tools, staying current with new technologies and methodologies, including AI, to enhance testing efficiency
Select or identify functional areas and manual test cases for automation, giving the biggest ROI
Work with the development team to understand new features and add new test cases to our existing test suites
Coordinate QA blitzes with the development team to ensure the right amount of coverage and testing has been done on each new feature
Advocate for testing best practices, such as Exploratory Testing and Continuous Integration (CI)
Work within the team to identify, recommend, develop, implement and maintain quality assurance testing processes
Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and techniques to automate QA tasks and improve software quality
Work as part of the team on feature testing, regression testing, exploratory testing and reviewing and executing test cases and test plans
Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate tasks, improve code quality, or optimize software performance
The things you bring:
Minimum 3+ years of QA experience including both manual and automated testing
Strong knowledge of software QA tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA and TestRail (or equivalent)
Experience in cross-browser testing of web applications, UI/UX testing, including Android and iOS applications
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Desire to work in a very fast-paced, evolving, dynamic environment
Strong interest in leveraging AI tools for all aspects of software testing
Experience with Selenium, including Page Object Models and TestNG
Understanding of RESTFUL Web Services and experience with API testing would be an asset
