Role: Technical Project Manager (Salesforce+ nCino Focus)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Salesforce and nCino to lead initiatives, align business needs with technology, and ensure smooth project execution. The person in this role will bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring deliverables meet both business objectives and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle within the Salesforce/nCino ecosystem.
Serve as the key contact point for stakeholders on Salesforce/nCino projects.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams (developers, admins, business units) to ensure timely delivery.
Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive updates.
Conduct stakeholder presentations and facilitate workshops.

Required Skills:

Strong background in SaaS/Application Project Management.
Hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executives.
Ability to independently lead projects in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills:

nCino certifications or training.
Experience in financial services/banking industry.
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
