This team focuses on delivering cloud storage as a service, file transfer as a service, and large-scale data platforms like Snowflake running in AWS. They build reusable frameworks and automation that allow internal teams to self-serve and move faster, while ensuring security, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems.
Day to day:

* Automation & Self-Service: Build wrappers, reusable templates (CloudFormation, Terraform), and automation scripts (Python, Java) to give internal teams self-service capabilities.
* Integration Engineering: Enable secure networking and connectivity between AWS, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems; support file transfer and vendor integrations.
* Data Platform Enablement: Partner with architects and data teams to design platforms that support large-scale analytics, data sharing, and AI readiness.
* CI/CD & DevOps: Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring reliable and repeatable platform releases.
* Collaboration: Work with architects and managers to design scalable solutions; share knowledge with peers and provide technical leadership within the platform team.
* Special Projects: Help expand new data platform capabilities (Snowflake on AWS, DataHub, marketplace integrations).
REQUIRED
* 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS foundational services: S3, EFS, EC2, Lambda (Python/Boto3), CloudFormation.
* Proficiency in Python and/or Java for automation and Lambda development.
