Santcore Technologies, on behalf of its client, is seeking a SNOW Security Management Specialist with strong expertise in the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module to join a global security team. This role is focused on enterprise vulnerability management, remediation prioritization, and process automation to enhance overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement vulnerability management and patching policies for on-premises infrastructure.
Perform vulnerability identification, severity analysis, and impact assessments to prioritize remediation efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard processes into ServiceNow VRM and troubleshoot issues.
Analyze architecture, recommend policies, and drive security automation improvements.
Query, analyze, and report on large datasets to identify potential security risks.
Support compliance efforts and improve security reporting for executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module (VRM)
Experience in enterprise vulnerability management, CMDB, and remediation tracking
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Familiarity with risk management, exception handling, and threat management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7)
Certifications: CISSP, Security+, or ServiceNow CIS-Vulnerability Response
Knowledge of automation and security integration best practices
