In this pivotal role, you'll shape the narrative for how businesses leverage TikTok's innovative marketing solutions across sectors like Education, Financial Services, Entertainment as well as Independent Media Buying Agencies., and more. This is a career-defining opportunity to build the go-to-market strategies that will establish TikTok as the essential growth platform for businesses worldwide.

The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience gong to market for product solutions including designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies.

You'll drive both demand and adoption for our business product solutions across new and existing SMB and mid-market clients. This means owning revenue growth for non-commerce sectors through innovative strategies, targeted education, and a focus on client goals.

Responsibilities
Accelerate SMB Revenue Growth
- Build compelling narratives and sales enablement materials that make complex products accessible and irresistible to businesses.
- Align with Sales, Growth and Product to define opportunity size, prioritize support for owned products, build a seamless client experience, and understand key success drivers.
- Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that directly increase adoption of TikTok's marketing solutions for Small and Mid-Market businesses in high-potential verticals like Education, Financial Services, Entertainment, and Independent Media Buying Agencies.
- Own revenue goals for non-commerce SMB segments, tracking your direct contribution to TikTok's business growth.
- Advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives.

Create Multi-Channel Campaigns That Convert
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across webinars, events, social, email, and more - seeing your strategic vision come to life.
- Develop a comprehensive campaign calendar that delivers measurable results on time and on budget.
- Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns, driving ever-improving results for lead generation and revenue.

Build Game-Changing Content
- Lead content strategy development that positions TikTok and its business solutions as the essential partner for business growth.
- Focus on content as an input to success with ultimate responsibility of driving a comprehensive campaign in partnership with Product, Sales, and Digital Growth Marketing teams in joint narratives, events, campaigns etc.
- Oversee high-quality content creation across formats, manage internal/external vendors (writers, designers, creators, agencies) to develop assets.
- Identify successful regional strategies that can be scaled globally, amplifying your impact across markets.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a product marketing or content strategy role.
- Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
- Expert communicator with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
