What You'll Do
During your internship, you will:
Use the latest cloud technologies to modernize infrastructure
Migrate workloads to the cloud by coding, testing, implementing and supporting infrastructure automation services on Gallup's global platform
Collaborate with a progressive technology team -- storage cloud engineers, network engineers and system administrators
Set up integration and support cloud environments with the end user always in mind
What You Need
Enrollment in an associate, undergraduate or graduate school program in computer science, MIS or a related field required
Enrollment at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska, required
Anticipated graduation between August 2026 and May 2027 preferred; will consider 2028 graduates
Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2026 required
A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha, Nebraska, office Monday-Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
Basic knowledge and experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or GitHub required
Basic knowledge and/or experience with Windows or Linux server administration, networking, or infrastructure required
Classroom or professional experience working with one or more of the following technologies required: IIS, Python, .NET, .NET Core, Terraform, Puppet, Jenkins, PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub
Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
What We Offer
A full-time summer 2026 internship that pays $20-$25/hour
The potential to work up to 20 hours per week during the school year, depending on business demands, and a potential full-time job offer upon graduation, based on Gallup's business need and intern performance
