Synapri has partnered with a government organisation, who is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a 6 months+ contract , to contribute to various technology solutions, automating workflows and consolidating processes.

You will perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and user stories, deliver process improvements into the business, bridge the gap between IT and the business, support the development of business cases and create detailed business requirement documentation.

Contract: 6 months+

Location: Remote with occasional travel in UK

Daily rate: PS400 - PS425 (inside IR35)

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working within a GDS environment (Government Digital Service)
Demonstrable technical analyst experience
Good awareness of the full Software Development Lifecycle
Experience of working with qualitative and quantitative data; analysing scenarios and investigating the impact of changes
Experience of working with web-based CRMs or tools
Experience with dev-ops tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Salesforce experience is a plus
