Summary

A successful Product Manager will identify and assess project risks and challenges and drive actions to mitigate and facilitate resolution.
They will identify and resolve cross-project conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
We will rely on the person in this role to maintain various communication mediums, such as websites and status reports used to communicate goals, current focuses, and progress.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

All candidates MUST:

Be proficient with MacOS.
Committed to go onsite 3x/week. This is NOT up for negotiation and will not be negotiated during the offer/post interview stage.

Key qualifications

Senior PM Skill Set: Track record managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle, deep product sense, and strong execution skills who can independently drive product success from day one.
X-functional Skills: Leading cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment across lines of business, engineering, and testing teams.
Client Experience: Hit the ground running, with minimal onboarding to Client's ecosystem / way of working.

Skills details

5+ years' experience in product and program management with a thorough understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle, with having an understanding of the media/entertainment marketplace
Self-driven individual with excellent time and product management skills; Agile software development experience is a plus.
Effective decision making, project tracking, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
Ability to closely collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation and meeting facilitation, organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple program priorities.
Comfortable navigating new situations, challenges, and working through ambiguity.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with 3rd parties

Job Description

Define and drive delivery of projects with cross-functional teams.
Oversee program status, priorities, and timelines.
Identify risks or challenges and drive actions to mitigate and resolve.
Motivate, mentor and lead geographically distributed teams.
Identify and resolve cross functional conflicts and dependencies quickly and efficiently.
Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to a growing team; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Participate in business-wide discussions, document partner's needs, and propose solutions that improve operational efficiencies.
Influence cross-functional and software development teams to align business' strategic vision with its software technology

Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
