About The Role
The Performance Marketing intern will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Pay Per Click campaigns across various platforms internationally to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue. You will work closely with the Business Performance team to align strategies with overall business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.

What You Will Do

Performance Marketing Support (50%):
Day-to-day management and optimization of digital ad campaigns on:
Search: Google Ads
Social: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest
Display: Criteo
Keeping track of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and spotting trends/ways to make things better
Helping out with keyword research, ad copy writing, making landing pages better, and targeting the right audiences
Putting together campaign performance reports
Creator Program and UGC Development (40%)
Build and nurture a diverse creator base aligned with our brand values
Create efficient briefing processes for high-volume quality content generation
Coordinate with creators to ensure content meets performance marketing goals
Analyze UGC campaign metrics to continuously optimize content strategy
Learning and Development (10%):
Join in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Research what's new and hot in digital marketing
Do learning projects to get better at specific digital marketing skills

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Passionate about digital marketing, with particular interest in performance advertising
Actively engaged in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with daily use
Possesses a strong interest in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and the creator ecosystem
Regularly interacts with fashion content, demonstrating a specific focus on luxury, second-hand, and sustainable fashion
Follows relevant fashion influencers and brands across social media
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insights
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; (knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus)
Creative thinker with interest in content creation and social media trends
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (other languages a plus)
Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a teamInterest in fashion, sustainability, and the circular economy
