About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Onsite Strategy in the Merchandising Team, the E-commerce & CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in the EMEA & APAC market.
What You Will Do
Plan weekly animation calendar, coordinate and execute all local animation & commercial campaigns onsite (platform homepage & customer journey touchpoints) and on CRM
Campaign briefs, assets follow-up with Creative & Copy teams, and implementation of campaigns on our CMS & CRM tools
Analyze campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting
Lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior
Perform market research; benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions
Who You Are
Currently (and by January 2026) enrolled in a Master degree in Business School or University, specializing in Business, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Media Management or a similar degree with a strong interest in E-commerce
Excellent Excel and good PowerPoint knowledge
Strong analytical skills and willing to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy, and pay attention to details
Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivatedExcellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask
Good English & communication skills are required
Strong interest in fashion and luxury is a plusKnowledge in CMS and/or CRM tool is a plus
Proficiency in SQL is a plus
