Junior Full Stack Data Scientist

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid - 3x/week in office)

Comp: $115K-$150K + Bonus

A well-established investment firm with a long-term, endowment-style approach is hiring a data analytics professional to join its Finance & Performance Reporting team. This role focuses on data management and automation. You'll support performance reporting and help streamline operations under a senior data lead.

What You'll Do:

Maintain and extend scalable data warehouses/lakes
Build robust data pipelines (ETL) and support cloud infrastructure
Create dashboards and tools for investment data analysis
Support internal teams with data access and insights
Document processes and stay sharp on new tech

What You Bring:

3-5 years in data science or data engineering
Experience in asset management or financial services preferred
Strong internal client mindset
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and tools like Power BI or Sigma
Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, and cloud environments
Bonus points for machine learning exposure (Scikit-learn, etc.)
