About the Role & Program:

Join the team that brings Disney's stories to life across digital platforms. As part of the Disney Entertainment Brand & Editorial Digital Team, you'll help shape how beloved franchises like @Disney, @MickeyMouse, @MinnieMouse, @TheDisneyPrincesses, and @TheMuppets connect with audiences worldwide.

This internship offers hands-on experience with social strategy, content, and audience insights while working cross-functionally with teams across The Walt Disney Company.

What You Will Do:

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll turn audience insights into creative opportunities and support campaign execution.

Audience Insights & Research (25%)
Analyze data, reports, and industry trends to understand our audiences and identify opportunities.
Operations & Project Support (20%)
Assist with day-to-day operations, documentation, and project tracking.
Content Publishing Support (20%)
Help post content across brand channels and ensure timely execution.
Content & Campaign Recommendations (15%)
Recommend content and activations that resonate with Disney fans. Participate in brainstorms and planning.
Documentation & Reporting (15%)
Capture findings, recommendations, and meeting notes.
General Team Support (5%)
Provide ad hoc assistance across projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Curious, data-driven, and eager to learn.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Drive, Word, Excel, and Keynote.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with Airtable or Sprinklr
Prior marketing internship experience.

Education:

Undergraduate senior in Communications, PR, Media, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information:

Approximate internship dates are January 2026 through June 2026
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
