What do you offer?
The Administrative Assistant to Corporate Services is responsible for administrative operations within the senior executive team, including schedule management, travel, and accommodation management, report preparation and review, organization of meetings, the preparation of meeting minutes, working with sensitive and confidential information, and managing the general workflow of the office. Specifically, the position will coordinate the initiatives of the executive team, track and monitor special projects, and coordinate cross departmental collaboration.
Some Of The Tasks Of This Position Include
Supporting senior management team meetings by preparing and distributing agendas, recording minutes, and organizing catering arrangements.
Managing a wide range of administrative tasks for the senior management team, including maintaining busy calendars, completing expense reports, composing confidential correspondence, arranging complex travel plans and itineraries, and compiling travel documents.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Coordinating meetings for senior management.
Facilitating formal and informal communication among senior management.
Prioritizing conflicting needs, handling them expeditiously and proactively.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following
Education
Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field
Language
Fluent in English, oral and written
French is a strong asset
Experience, Skills And Abilities
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative position supporting senior staff
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
High degree of independence and initiative
High degree of professionalism
