Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and objectives.
Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Identify risks, challenges, and provide mitigation strategies.
Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
Use project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project) for tracking progress.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

Bonus: If you have experience in Agile methodologies or risk management, that's a plus!
