Job Description

Leading the team:
Ensures the efficiency of the team of operation quality segment Auditors
Ensures regular communication with the team members: awareness about the Quality Policy the company
Ensures the continuous training of segment Quality employees as needed
Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment
Ensures the control of non-conforming products
Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
Responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets
Participates on daily basis on the Quality Meeting with production (Line QRQC)
Is authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products
Maintains and controls the respect of quality planning for new projects (product and process release)
Ensures and coordinates the procedures approval for production processes according to supplier's specification, customer requirements and internal procedures

Qualifications

Level of Education: Engineer
Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
Experience : 4 years' experience in the automotive industry
Language : French and English are mandatory
Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
