Sales and Marketing Director

Peterson Europe, a leading supplier of lighting products for the commercial vehicle market, is seeking a self-driven and personable Sales Director with experience selling into the OEM market, to fulfil a crucial role primarily focussed on driving the company's continued growth.

You will be based at our Aylesbury facility, and will also be working closely with the leadership team, and expected to help shape the company's strategy and development.

Your Role:- You will be responsible for:

Cultivating and strengthening relationships with our existing OEM and aftermarket customer base in the UK and Central Europe.
Identifying and securing new customers, and new business opportunities.
Joining the leadership team with a focus on strategy and development, and the setting and achieving of sales and financial targets, and the broader evolution of the business

About You:- You should be:

An experienced and strong salesperson with a proven track record of selling to OEM customers.
Organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Comfortable operating at a strategic business level.
Experienced in a small company environment.
Ideally, you will live within a commutable distance of Aylesbury.
