About The Role
The title of this role matters. As Head of Brand & Creative, you'll own both sides of the coin: the strategy, thinking and planning (Brand), and the bold, disruptive execution that makes people stop, stare and share (Creative). From briefs to content planning to judging and elevating the final work, you'll bring it all together--whether it's on our website, in our campaigns, or across social feeds.
You may lean more toward strategy or creative, but in beauty, what the world sees is everything. If you can show us how you've taken a brand from "okay" to unforgettable, that's exactly what we're looking for.
From day one, you'll have high responsibility and impact. Reporting directly to our Founder & CEO, you'll take ownership of:

Organic & Earned Social
And you won't do it in a silo. You'll work closely with our commercial team--turning insights into action, reacting fast to trends, and creating trading ideas that are disruptive, culturally relevant, and commercially powerful. Agility is everything here: whether that means flipping a plan overnight, launching packaging innovation that makes noise, or dropping playful content that stops the scroll.
This isn't a role for the safe or the slow. It's about moving fast, thinking bold, and using creativity as a weapon for growth.
BRAND CUSTODIAN
Brand Proposition: Define and evolve a distinctive, differentiated, and engaging customer brand proposition--including visual identity, tone of voice, and product style--that shapes everything we do across the customer journey. Look beyond beauty to benchmark against the most aspirational and disruptive global brands.
Brand Standards: Use insights and market trends to constantly evolve brand standards and keep us fresh, relevant, and one step ahead.
Trademarks & IP: Work with our Founder/CEO & Legal to protect The Beauty Crop brand globally.
Consistency: Ensure our brand is delivered flawlessly across all touchpoints--spotting gaps quickly, taking corrective action, and aligning stakeholders worldwide.
Measurement: Partner with Marketing & Finance to monitor brand performance and customer satisfaction. Share insights, fix gaps, and embed best practice across the team.
Communication Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing, Trading & Product to evolve brand guidelines, set creative direction for campaigns, and build key messages that balance disruption with commercial growth.
People & Culture: Work closely with the Founder/CEO to ensure our people truly "live the brand." Build an environment of constant learning, brand immersion, and creative bravery.
Budget: Own Brand Campaign, Content, Organic & Earned budgets--delivering creativity with commercial efficiency.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Lead the creation of a dynamic campaign calendar that unites Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, and Operations--driving awareness, excitement, and sales.
Define and implement clear success metrics--track performance across press, digital, influencer coverage, and extract insights to optimise brand and trading strategy.
Be agile: spot trends, flip plans, and launch disruptive trading ideas that are both bold and profitable.
CONTENT
Build a Content Machine that delivers high-quality, thumb-stopping creative assets--images, video, copy, graphics--that fuel campaigns and channels across the business.
Oversee shoots and creative production, with the ability to travel and move fast to capture what's needed.
Elevate creative execution so everything we produce is distinctive, playful, and culture-driving.
ORGANIC MEDIA
Lead and elevate our organic social output--creating free, fearless, scroll-stopping content that grows reach, following, and engagement.
