Purpose of the role
As Zego grows, we need to ensure our brand is expressed consistently, creatively, and with impact across every channel. The Brand Executive will play a vital role in maintaining brand integrity while harnessing the power of AI to accelerate content creation, campaign delivery, and brand performance.
This role bridges content, creative execution, and innovation--supporting campaign initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging AI-driven tools to deliver smarter, faster, and more effective marketing.
What you'll be working on
Brand Management
Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to uphold and evolve Zego's brand identity and strategy, embedding AI solutions into daily workflows to improve efficiency and scale
Provide support to the Senior Brand Manager and Senior PR & Communications Manager with agency management, vendor onboarding, and administrative requests, using AI tools to streamline processes where appropriate
Ensure the brand tone of voice is applied consistently across all outputs, sharing with the Senior Brand Manager for approval as required
Monitor brand and social performance, report out on brand health progress and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Support the wider Marketing team in maintaining a cohesive and recognisable Zego brand presence across channels
Content & Campaign Support
Work cross-functionally to gain a deep understanding of Zego's short and long-term strategy to inform creative decisions and outputs
Lead on AI-powered content generation--using advanced tools to draft, refine, and scale copy that supports brand and marketing initiatives while keeping it fact-checked, optimised, and on-brand.
Collaborate with the Senior SEO Manager, support SEO strategy and initiatives by managing the briefing of, approvals and outputs of an external freelance writer
Ensure blogs are fact-checked, optimised with backlinks, and published via CMS
Support the Senior PR & Communications Manager with posting, copywriting and content creation that amplifies Zego's voice externally - including LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and ad-hoc marketing requests. Sharing with the Senior PR & Communications Manager for approval as required
Creative & Design Support
Provide JIRA ticket management support, helping to triage, track, and update requests to ensure smooth workflow between brand, design, and comms stakeholders
Partner with the Senior Visual Designer and Growth Lead to deliver creative assets that align with campaign needs, using AI tools to prototype and accelerate production
Champion the use of AI in visual design--from concept generation to asset adaptation--while ensuring all outputs remain aligned to brand guidelines.
Support campaign creative development in collaboration with the wider marketing team
Create templates and assets from established brand guidelines to enable scalable campaign delivery. Sharing with the Senior Visual Designer for approval as required
Manage the briefing and selection process of influencer and UGC campaigns.
What you will need to be successful
You have demonstrable experience in Marketing, especially in content creation and design
You have a growth mindset and proactively explore, test, and champion new AI use cases in branding, design, content, and campaign optimisation
Strong writing skills are essential - you can craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across multiple channels
You are comfortable working with visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity
You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines, balancing short-term content production with longer-term creative projects
Any experience working with SEO teams or knowledge of SEO and content optimisation best practices is beneficial
Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within tech, SaaS, or scale-up contexts, is advantageous
