Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Java 8 and JSP
Hands-on experience with Spring MVC
Front-end skills: HTML, Bootstrap CSS, JavaScript
Deep understanding of Hibernate for ORM
Experience building RESTful Web Services

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Basic knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL
Understanding of Design patterns and development best practices

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
Strong communication and team collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Backend:

Design and build dynamic web applications using JSP
Implement business logic with Java 8 and Spring MVC
Develop RESTful APIs and manage data access with Hibernate

Frontend:

Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
Optimize UI for performance and cross-browser compatibility

Testing & Debugging:

Write unit tests and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation
