Procurement Officer:Belfast, Northern Ireland (On-site)

We're looking for a driven Procurement Officer to join our integrated supply chain team. You'll work hands-on with suppliers and stakeholders to secure goods and services that meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Your focus: ensuring a smooth, efficient procurement process that delivers real value.
What You'll Do:
Source and purchase goods, materials, and services at the right cost, quality, and time.
Keep supply lines running smoothly and manage potential risks before they become issues.
Analyse markets, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve best value.
Improve procurement processes to boost efficiency.
Build and maintain strong, professional supplier relationships.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in procurement or a similar role.
Strong contract management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of the local supply chain.
Bonus Points For:
Professional procurement or supply chain certifications (CPSM, CPP, CSCP, CPSD).
