As our Director of AI Platform Engineering, you will lead the team that enables this vision. From CI/CD pipelines and developer experience to AI governance and observability, you will define how our engineers build, test, and ship the technologies that power global enterprises. Lead the design and evolution of our AI platform, driving innovation while ensuring security and reliability
Build world-class developer experiences - from pipelines and portals to AI-assisted coding tools
Champion AI governance and enterprise guardrails, ensuring trust, compliance, and ethical adoption
Create AI observability frameworks that give visibility into models, applications, and infrastructure at scale
Partner with leaders across Cloud Ops, AppSec, and Compliance to deliver secure, automated pipelines
Inspire global engineering teams by fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and continuous improvement What You Will Bring to Coupa
A proven leader with 10+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years in senior platform leadership
Strong technical foundation in Java, Python, Ruby (ML/AI frameworks a plus)
Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and observability tools
Experience building and governing AI/ML platforms with a focus on responsible AI practices
A leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, motivates teams, and embraces
The estimated pay range for this role is $222,000 - $288,000. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
