We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sr. Director of Engineering - Enterprise Applications to reimagine how modern cloud platforms and advanced digital solutions power global supply chain excellence. This leader will drive the adoption of cloud-native applications, data engineering, and AI/automation to optimize end-to-end operations, improve resilience, and deliver measurable business value. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI. Key Responsibilities
Technology Vision & Cloud Leadership Define and execute a cloud-first strategy that modernizes supply chain platforms across demand planning, supply planning, order management, and logistics execution.
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based ecosystems leveraging SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native development.
Engineering & Modernization Lead engineering teams to design, build, and integrate modern supply chain systems using cloud, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Drive adoption of AI/GenAI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation (RPA) to eliminate manual workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
Team & Culture Building Build and mentor high-performing engineering and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of continuous delivery, innovation, and modern engineering practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD).
Champion a product engineering mindset over system maintenance.
Cross-Functional & Business Alignment Partner with supply chain, operations, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure technology engineering priorities directly enable business strategy by creating holistic Real Time solutions.
Evangelize cloud adoption and digital supply chain transformation across global business units.
Program Delivery & Execution Lead complex cloud migration and digital engineering programs, delivering measurable outcomes in operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.
Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and quality in global supply chain technology services.
Vendor & Ecosystem Optimization Evaluate and manage cloud platform providers, SaaS partners, and engineering service vendors, driving innovation while optimizing cost and value.
Change Leadership Act as a visible change agent for cloud and technology led transformation, accelerating enterprise-wide adoption of digital supply chain capabilities. What You'll Bring
Proven leadership in cloud engineering and architecture for enterprise supply chain ecosystems. Showcasing an ability to deliver business proven results, that are clearly measured against defined and agreed KPIs.
Hands-on experience modernizing ERP, planning and logistics platforms through cloud migration, APIs, and AI/automation.
Strong background in data engineering, event-driven systems, and Real Time analytics.
Experience leading DevOps and engineering teams at scale.
Deep expertise in vendor management, cloud cost optimization, and strategic technology partnerships.
Collaborative leadership style with a track record of aligning executive stakeholders around technology engineering initiatives. Core Requirements
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with a strong emphasis on cloud, engineering, and supply chain systems. Demonstrated capability in uplifting talent and engineering practices.
Expertise in modern planning platforms (eg, Blue Yonder, O9, Logility) with a focus on cloud integration and modernization.
Demonstrated success in driving global supply chain digital transformation with cloud-native solutions and AI.
Understanding of the role ERP solutions play in the Supply Chain processes including Order to Cash and Logistics Execution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or applicable experience; advanced certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile, ITIL, or AI strategy preferred.
