We have an opportunity for Marketing Operations Coordinator with our client; this is a Remote role.

Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Duties:

Partner with Global Marketing stakeholders to oversee execution of budget plans through purchase order creation and invoice and accruals management
Reconcile budget plan and spend actuals through disparate datasets and develop reporting to ensure execution and manage risk across the organization
Manage billing transactions, vendor communications, and month end close in lock step with Accounting
Work with the Global Marketing team to define and update processes as we continue to grow and evolve the business
Onboard key vendors and partners and facilitate relationship with Procurement on behalf of Marketing team

Skills:

2+ years experience in an operational role, ideally in Marketing
Experience partnering with Accounting and Finance teams and managing budgets
Desire to connect with a scaled, global team of cross-functional stakeholders spanning every level of the Marketing organization
Comfort troubleshooting technical questions with Finance and Accounting

Skills Required:

Expertise with Google Sheets
Experience with Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and/or Pigment a plus
