Descriptif des missions proposées
Au sein de la Direction Support le titulaire est rattaché directement à un Crédit Manager.
Son périmètre d’actions couvre la gestion des risques crédit sur les activités commerciales de vente de pièces et de services.
Assurer le suivi des lignes de crédit accordées à un portefeuille de clients déterminés,
Relancer les clients pour obtenir leurs paiements aux échéances contractuelles et mettre en œuvre tous les moyens de recouvrement,
Analyser le niveau de risque crédit pour chaque client de son portefeuille et déterminer la limite optimale de crédit à accorder avec son manager,
Informer sur le niveau de la dette client,
Signaler des litiges client,
Apporter un soutien participatif au développement d’outils de gestion et des manuels d’utilisation pouvant améliorer la qualité et la productivité du service.
Ce stage est fait pour vous:
Formation initiale (niveau et domaine) : BAC +4/5 Economie, Commerce, Finance, Langues étrangères
En cours de formation diplômante
Compétences Métiers : Economie, Finance, Commerce International, Langues étrangères
Compétences Linguistiques : Anglais niveau avancé, autres langues appréciées.
Compétences Informatiques : Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique MS OFFICE, EXCEL, SAP, POWER-BI
Qualités relationnelles : Bon relationnel commercial, goût pour communication et la négociation, rigueur d’analyse, goût pour les chiffres, ténacité, bon esprit d’équipe.

Detailed description of the mission
Attached to the Finance Direction, the Credit Management Assistant will report directly to a Credit Manager.
The Credit Management Assistant scope of work covers credit risk management in respect of support and services sales.
The jobholder:
Manages the credit lines granted to a portfolio of customers worldwide for all ATR activities,
Provides reminders to customers to get payments on due date and use all means to collect the debt,
Analyses the credit risk of each customer in his/her portfolio by measuring solvency risk, by granting credit lines in cooperation with the credit manager,
Keeps informed the management of the level of the customer debt,
Collects customer disputes on invoicing,
Supports the credit management team in developing new digital tools to improve the quality and productivity of the department.
This internship is designed for you
Educated to a Master degree level in Finance, Economy, Foreign languages, Accounting/mgt, International Trade
Technical skills: Finance, Treasury, Financial risk analysis, Accounting
Soft skills: Ability to negotiate (in French, English, and others), verbal fluency, rigorous, team spirit, analytical and open mind, strong adaptability
Language skills: English (intermediate level), Spanish
IT skills: Pack MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP, Power-Bi.
