About This Role:
As a Strategic Solutions Consultant, you'll leverage your industry expertise and TransPerfect's broad technology and service portfolio to consult with top-tier companies, co-design custom solutions, and drive lasting partnerships. You'll own every stage of the business development process, from lead generation and needs analysis to negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.

Key position responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, and other methods.
Build and manage a productive sales pipeline.
Foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets.
Conduct outreach efforts to prospective clients.
Understand and communicate the benefits of TransPerfect's services.
Present TransPerfect's solutions in various settings (online, in-person, group).
Set and manage client expectations, consulting on best practices.
Handle pricing and contractual matters.
Travel as required for client meetings and conferences.

Essential experience required:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of successful sales experience within the Corporate, Retail and Automotive sector.
Fluency in English and local language; additional business-level languages are a plus.
Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
Strong team player who respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Passion for building client relationships, exceeding expectations and collaborating in diverse teams.
Strong multitasking, financial acumen and a drive to deliver excellence at speed.
