Job title: Engineering Manager

Job type: Contract (B2B)

Contract Length: 6-12 months

Rate: PS700-PS800 per day inside IR35 (depending on experience)

Role Location: London, UK (3 days a week onsite)

The company: A leading household brand with over 5000 employees across the UK

Role and Responsibilities: Signify have partnered up with a UK household brand with an exceptionally large user base to work on a digital transformation project. As an Engineering Manager, you will stay close to the codebase and help scale a new small engineering team of 4 engineers to begin with.

Job Requirements:

Over 8 years experience in software engineering
Experience with Scala and Javascript projects
AWS is nice to have
Good people management skills
Some technical skills to offer technical leadership
Ability to lead and manage a team, overlooking the product goals for the wider business
