About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of projects within the SPARC domain, with a strong focus on AML, Regulatory, and Compliance initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that all technical solutions are sound, enterprise-compliant, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the technical delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation.
Early Engagement: Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Analysts to validate and refine business requirements before Solution Architecture (SA) involvement.
Technical Design & Oversight:
Assess technical feasibility and implications of business requests.
Evaluate API changes (e.g., with Digitalcore), cloud migration paths, and technical debt.
Lead detailed design, including service creation/modification, data feeds, and table setups.
Solution Validation: Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
Testing & QA Coordination:
Oversee intake readiness and bundle releases.
Coordinate with QA and Application teams to prioritize and validate test cases.
Implementation Support:
Provide technical oversight during weekend go-lives.
Ensure smooth handoff to support teams post-implementation.
Stakeholder Communication:
Participate in weekly business calls and status updates.
Provide technical insights and clarify solution details as needed.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Lead in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Background in programming or architecture (hands-on coding not required).
Familiarity with SQL and exposure to .NET.
Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Ability to assess technical debt, parallel services, and platform migrations.
Experience working in regulated environments (AML, Compliance, Regulatory).

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Exposure to AWS cloud services and platform management.
Experience in AML/Compliance domains is a strong asset but not mandatory.
