This is a freelance role initially slated for three months, with the potential to extend longer term. The position is hybrid, with in-office work Monday through Thursday in our client's NYC office. While we're currently prioritizing candidates based in New York, we're open to California-based talent who can work Eastern Time hours.

Your Background & Expertise:
3-5 years of experience in creative project management or production, with a strong grasp of ad sales or advertising workflows
Skilled communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Passionate about entertainment and digital media, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with internal teams to scope, assign, and track sponsorship and advertising campaigns
Act as the liaison between the creative team and ad sales, ensuring clarity on specs, assets, and project timelines
Schedule and confirm project deliverables, vet incoming creative briefs, and ensure resources are aligned
Oversee work from initial scoping through final delivery, following up with designers and delivering comps to partners
Manage projects and communication using Asana and Slack, and work with tools like Airtable
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer leading creative projects within entertainment, digital media, or agency environments, with a solid understanding of advertising and ad sales workflows.
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana and Airtable
Understanding of the creative production process and creative file types
Familiarity with the advertising and ad sales environment--agency or in-house
Strong organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve quickly and independently
A self-starter who enjoys entertainment, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to learn
