Programmers.io is currently looking for a Business Analyst

Onsite Role in Culver City, California, United States

CONTRACT ROLE (ONLY USC OR GC) - NO C2C - ONLY W2

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to join our team onsite in Culver City. The role focuses on supporting business operations, rights management, and financial planning within the Publishing & Information Services function of a major entertainment/media organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret guild contracts (WGA, DGA, SAG-AFTRA) for compliance, reporting, and budgeting purposes
Build and manage financial models to support production planning and business cases
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Legal, Finance, and Production teams
Gather business requirements, create documentation, and track deliverables

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of WGA, DGA, and SAG-AFTRA contracts
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
5+ years in a BA or PM role, ideally in media or entertainment
Excellent stakeholder communication and project tracking skills
