We're Hiring: Healthcare Data & Production Analyst

Join our Data, Analytics, and Product Development Team to help organize, analyze, and ensure the quality of critical data supporting operational and programmatic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Analyze and troubleshoot systems and production data (MS Access, SQL, iSeries/AS400).
Perform QA, clean datasets, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
Create queries, batch scripts, and data extracts to support operational needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public/Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in system design, data analysis, or quality assurance.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare or managed care systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical, QA, and data management skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Microsoft Access.
Experience in healthcare data or managed care systems is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience; equivalent experience considered.
