About The Role

The Design Quality Intern works in collaboration with our engineering team to drive quality initiatives, resolve product-relateds issues, and ensure excellence in medical device projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Work in cross-functional teams to support and execute processes and quality deliverables associated with projects and quality systems.
Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
Proactively investigate, identify, and implement best-in-class quality practices.
Builds quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Knowledgeable on Risk Management.
Ensure completion of assigned project deliverables per set schedules.
Maintain cross-functional team relationship; collaborate effectively and positively with peers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or biomedical engineering.
0 - 1 years of experience in the medical device industry.
Strong problem-solving skills in a team environment.
Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
Strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied sources.

A propos du poste

Le stagiaire en qualite de conception travaille en collaboration avec notre equipe d'ingenierie afin de soutenir les initiatives en matiere de qualite, de resoudre les problemes lies aux produits et d'assurer l'excellence dans les projets de dispositifs medicaux.

Vos Responsabilites Comprendront

Travailler au sein d'equipes multidisciplinaires pour appuyer et executer les processus et les livrables de qualite lies aux projets et aux systemes de qualite.
Appliquer des methodes rigoureuses et systematiques de resolution de problemes pour identifier, prioriser, communiquer et resoudre les enjeux de qualite.
Enqueter de facon proactive, identifier et mettre en oeuvre les meilleures pratiques en matiere de qualite.
Integrer la qualite dans tous les aspects du travail en respectant l'ensemble des exigences reglementaires et normatives.
Avoir de bonnes connaissances en gestion des risques.
Assurer la realisation des livrables de projet assignes selon les echeanciers etablis.
Maintenir de bonnes relations interfonctionnelles ; collaborer efficacement et positivement avec ses collegues.

Qualifications Requises

Baccalaureat ou maitrise en genie electrique ou biomedical.
De 0 a 1 an d'experience dans l'industrie des dispositifs medicaux.
Solides competences en resolution de problemes dans un environnement de travail en equipe.
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, communication et collaboration.
Solides competences en redaction et en tenue de documentation.
