Job Specifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with internship experience who have strong Excel skills and a desire to grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, building models, and preparing variance analyses
Perform financial statement analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support business planning and decision-making
Assist with cost analysis, margin analysis, and other operational financial reviews
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, or cost-saving efforts
Work closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Prepare presentations and dashboards to communicate financial insights to cross-functional teams
Help improve reporting processes and suggest enhancements for greater efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
1-2 relevant internships in finance, accounting, or business analysis (or equivalent experience)
Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts; familiarity with VBA or Power Query is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and grow in the role
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
