We're #hiring for Senior Director, Global Marketing & Corporate Communications in our Exton, PA site. This position operates in a dynamic, global environment with Biomedical Leadership, Sales, Business Segments, Innovation, Quality, Legal, Regulatory and Finance. You'll work cross-functionally to take a strong influencing and leadership role to accomplish goals and challenge your counterparts in the business. You will have a significant impact on the strategic business decisions and direction.

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a diverse, global team of marketing and technical services professionals
Drive Market & Customer Insights: Through distinctive positioning in markets, driving awareness and interest focused on driving lead generation and revenue growth for the organization. This incudes design and development of Marketing Strategic Plans for the relevant segments
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Contribute to, develop and implement the Biomedical Business segment strategy with the Business Segment Directors working collaboratively with the regions and salespeople to develop and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs aligned with overall strategies
Innovation: Create, in collaboration with the business leaders and innovation, a robust pipeline for innovation & development that is reflective of the market trends, feedback, and needs
Commercial Execution to Achieve Targets (Lead/Revenue Generation): Partner with the extended commercial team to drive adoption and execution of key marketing initiatives, ABM strategies, campaigns, processes, and systems to ultimately drive goals of achieving organizational targets

You Bring

Minimum 10 years of experience in international marketing and commercialization of innovation required
Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience required
Growth Mindset and high collaboration, with ability to effectively operate and influence cross-functionally, manage broad multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and engage Senior Executive levels in a highly matrixed environment
Experience marketing orthopedics and/or cardiovascular products a plus; experience with Account Based Marketing preferred
Digital know-how and ability to work in a face-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality business results within tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus

The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $153,300-215,000.
