LeverageTek is actively seeking a Data Engineer with its Vancouver-based customer.

Work Location

Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain automated ETL workflows and data pipelines
Develop automation tools to improve efficiency for internal teams and customers
Work with customers to understand data needs and provide technical solutions
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on data-driven initiatives
Explore opportunities to apply AI/ML to automation and data processes

Key Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields
Hands-on experience with data automation, ETL, and data pipeline development
Proficiency in SQL and strong programming experience in Python, Java, or other data
processing languages.
Strong experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) and data infrastructure.
Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in automation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers
Previous Salesforce experience is an asset
Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
