We're looking for an Operations & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team -- someone who's organised, creative, and ready to play a key role at the heart of our business.

You'll support our sales team, help shape our brand through marketing activities, and make our workplace a fun, engaging, and productive environment. No two days will be the same -- one day you'll be helping to plan a campaign, the next you'll be organising a team social or coordinating suppliers.

We see this role growing into a Head of Culture position, where you'll lead the charge in promoting and evolving our company culture.

What you'll do

Support the sales team with admin, coordination, and day-to-day operations
Keep the office running smoothly -- from suppliers to systems to socials
Plan team events, incentives, and creative initiatives that bring people together
Create engaging marketing content for social media and campaigns
Help maintain a strong, consistent brand presence inside and outside the business
Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-performance culture
