Role: SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Mason, OH - Onsite

Open for: USA-based consultants

Responsibilities:

Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Configure and customize S/4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.
Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end-user training.

Required Skills:

Strong SAP experience with 2-3 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Service Management.
In-depth knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction in S/4.
Familiarity with related modules (SD, MM, FI, CS).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
