Business Analyst (W2, No C2C)

The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and efficiency of multiple business areas by analyzing past, current, and projected business trends. This individual will develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and provide actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
Collaborate with technical teams to communicate and execute business strategies
Identify organizational weaknesses and propose solutions
Explore innovative approaches to enhance customer and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
