2 days a week on-site - 12 month initial contract - Day Rate - Inside IR35

We are working with a large, global organisation who are looking for a Last Mile Data Analyst to provide data, data analysis, tooling, reporting and data based decision making support to a variety of stakeholders within the logistics area.

The right person will lead key data and analytics projects, mentor and support more junior members of the team and deputise for the Analytics Manager.

You will

Provide data, data analysis, tooling, reporting and data based decision making support to a variety of stakeholders in the Logistics area and in some cases in other parts of the business.
Support consolidation and aggregation of data from multiple sources across Logistics in conjunction with Data Services and Technology teams.
Drive the improvement of selected KPIs through data analysis of trends and root cause analysis.
Contribute to and/or lead key cross departmental projects, especially those with a significant data or analytics component, presenting the results to relevant stakeholders
Fulfil operational requests from different stakeholders.
Understand best practice security management and ensure that all tasks undertaken comply with this best practice.
Deputise for the Analytics Manager as required, leading key projects, mentoring junior team members and providing guidance and support to the rest of the team
Manage complex stakeholder relationships on behalf of the team
