Independent Mechanical Supply is looking for an Administrative Coordinator who loves being organized, getting to "inbox-zero", and playing a key role in ensuring that the department runs efficiently. The incumbent will support the Project Quotations Team for a 12-month period to grow project business by providing exception administrative support related to:

Managing an extremely high volume inbox
Reviewing all incoming requests and assigning, forwarding, or actioning all requests appropriately
Acting as a central intra-department and cross department communication point
Setting up and updating projects in Monday.com
Ordering office supplies
Filing
Other related duties as assigned

Required Attributes, Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

One year experience in project administration
Highly organized and detailed
Demonstrated analytical and planning skills
Motivated by deadlines and a fast paced environment
Proven ability to consistently meet challenging deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Outlook
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word
Customer Centric: Obsessed with exceeding expectations
