Job Specifications

Develop and implement ServiceNow GRC modules tailored to client requirements.

Configure user interfaces: Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Ul Actions, Dashboards, Reports. Service Catalog, and Portals.

Build and maintain workflows: Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and

Events.

Manage access and security: Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.

Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets for solution migration.

Import and manage data within GRC application tables.

Develop system integrations using Integration Hub and REST

Author and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scrip

Conduct functional testing of GRC workflows.

Produce comprehensive technical documentation for

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration

Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, analytical, and disciplined.

Proficient in Glide Record scripting and ServiceNow development.

olid understanding of JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.

Oualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vendor Risk Management (VRM).

Experience integrating systems via ServiceNow Integration Hu Experience building REST API-based integrations
