Job Specifications

The candidate MUST HAVE:

Must have strong Project Management experience

* Must have strong Business Analysis & Data Governance experience

* Must have Capital Markets knowledge, specifically Rates - Trade Flows / Trade Lifecycle.

* Must be proficient in SQL, Python knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilities are:

Execution of Data Consent Order remediation programme ensuring delivery in line with regulatory commitments and timelines, as well as adhering to enterprise-wide data policies.

* Drive execution of data quality improvements, lineage mapping, and control frameworks.

* Drive and track remediation activities to close regulatory findings and data issues / concerns; manage evidence gathering and documentation.

* Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk /issues in a timely and well-articulated manner.

Analysing large datasets using Excel, SQL, Tableau.

* Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk management

Skills Required:

* Has significant experience in Investment Bank / Capital Markets Transformation

* Solid understanding of Rates derivatives, exchange traded products and trading workflows / Trade lifecycle.

* Strong knowledge in Data governance practices: Data lineage, Data quality, metadata management, data controls.

* Hands on technical ability to work with data (SQL, Python, Analysis, Visualisation)

* Proven ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and drive consensus.

* Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives

* Minimum 6+ years of relevant industry experience

This is a contract opportunity and work is hybrid.
